ZIA - Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, Monaco - created in 2024
ZIA is a fully imagined creation by Rocco & Manon: a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, shaped by a visual universe that is sunlit, modern and effortlessly elegant.
More than a restaurant, ZIA is a culinary destination crafted from the ground up:
gastronomic DNA, visual identity, bespoke experiences from breakfast to dinner, signature mixology, service rituals and storytelling.
Every detail from the menu to the finishes, from colours to textures, from cocktails to breakfast rituals has been designed to reflect Mediterranean art de vivre through a warm, generous and resolutely contemporary vision.
Our role : global concept creation, culinary & visual identity, full menu creation (breakfast, lunch, dinner), signature cocktail program, culinary direction, service rituals, operational opening, team training, profitability optimisation, experience design and merchandising.

Since 2021, Rocco & Manon have shaped and elevated the global culinary identity of Bagatelle across its destinations worldwide :
London, Dubai, Miami, New York, Saint-Barth, St-Tropez, Courchevel…
With a festive, sun-drenched and Mediterranean-inspired approach, they redefine the culinary DNA of the brand : generous, contemporary, elegant and rooted in the art of sharing.
Their work goes beyond menu creation to encompass the evolution of Bagatelle gastronomic identity, the development of signature dishes, seasonal concepts, experience design, team training and support for international openings.

S&S Studio x Louis Vuitton
S&S Studio was commissioned by Louis Vuitton to design and execute a refined culinary universe for selected boutiques and for the launch of an artist-driven capsule collection. A project fully aligned with the Maison’s values of craftsmanship, sophistication, and French excellence. Our approach merges creative direction, technical precision, and emotion to shape memorable culinary moments.
Each creation is shaped in balance with technical mastery, aesthetic details and timeless resonance with the spirit of the Maison.

Hôtel AREV ***** - The Strand Restaurant
AREV is a fully imagined culinary concept created from the ground up by Rocco & Manon : a confidential Riviera destination blending Mediterranean elegance, modernity and the glamorous spirit of Saint-Tropez.
Every element of the gastronomic experience was designed to reflect the property’s unique DNA sunlit, refined, contemporary and deeply connected to its environment.
The culinary offering extends from breakfast to dinner, including room service, poolside menus and picnic experiences each crafted with precision, emotion and a Riviera-inspired aesthetic.
In 2024, the opening of the seasonal Al Fresco restaurant, with a menu specially created for the setting and atmosphere of the location, further strengthened AREV’s distinctive culinary identity.
Our role : creation of the culinary identity from its foundations, full menu development, signature dish creation, opening direction and team training.

The Negroni Club is a complete brand and concept created by Rocco & Manon :
a contemporary interpretation of Italian mixology, blending design, precision, creativity and Mediterranean elegance.
Every element from the signature ice to the cocktails, visual identity, guest experience, menu architecture and storytelling was conceived to express a refined, graphic and emotional vision of mixology.
More than a bar, The Negroni Club is a brand universe with its own codes, rituals, aesthetics and creative DNA.
Our role : full concept & brand creation, visual identity, signature cocktail program, storytelling, experience design, team training.
